Our custom renovation process is essential to providing you with a seamless experience and outstanding transformation. Contact or drop into our design centre to discuss your vision. We'll begin by scheduling an initial in-home consultation to discuss scope of work, including finer details like budgets and timelines.
CONSULT
We'll be in touch prior to the start date with an email that provides all the information you'll need to prepare for construction. Communication is critical at every stage, but especially throughout the build phase. We'll designate a project manager to work throughout your renovation providing you with daily updates on our progress and ensuring an experience that will exceed your expectations.

DESIGN
Then, our in-house design team will present a personalized strategy complete with material samples and 3D renderings. Once the design is approved we take final measurements and reconfirm all the details. With full renovation capabilities, this often includes new custom cabinetry, millwork, built-ins, flooring, as well as electrical, plumbing, wall demolition and reconstruction.
REVEAL
We love it when all our careful planning and hard work come together to create a harmonious space that’s just right. From vision to reality, our favourite step of the process is the big reveal, where we can see your delight as you explore your brand new space for the first time.
